While we make every effort to ensure that all services are performed as described and within agreed timeframes, circumstances beyond our control—including weather conditions, cemetery regulations, seasonal restrictions, natural events, access limitations, or unforeseen circumstances—may affect scheduling or service delivery.

Photographs and reports provided to clients are intended for informational purposes only and reflect conditions at the time of service. We cannot guarantee the long‑term condition of gravesites, monuments, flowers, decorations, landscaping, or surrounding cemetery property after services have been completed.

Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any cemetery, funeral home, religious organization, or governmental entity unless expressly stated. Clients are responsible for ensuring that requested services comply with applicable cemetery rules and regulations.

While we strive for accuracy, information contained on this website may be updated, modified, or corrected without prior notice. Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website, except where prohibited by law.

By using this website and engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.

By engaging the services of Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC, the client agrees to release, waive, and discharge the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:

• Cemetery conditions, including but not limited to ground settlement, vandalism, theft, weather‑related damage, or acts of nature. 

• Delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to weather, cemetery restrictions, emergencies, government actions, or other circumstances beyond Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC reasonable control. 

• Damage to flowers, decorations, memorial items, or personal property left at the gravesite after service completion.

• The removal, relocation, or disposal of flowers, decorations, or memorial items by cemetery staff or third parties.

• Inaccurate information provided by the client regarding gravesite location, cemetery regulations, ownership rights, or authorization to request services.

• Emotional distress, incidental damages, consequential damages, special damages, or indirect losses related to services provided.

Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The client represents and warrants that: 

• They have the authority to request services for the identified gravesite. 

• Information provided to Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC is accurate and complete. 

• Any requested placement of flowers, decorations, flags, memorial items, or other materials complies with applicable cemetery rules and regulations. 

• The client will obtain any required permissions not otherwise secured by the Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC. 

Scheduling and Access  Services are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, cemetery operating hours, and access restrictions. Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC reserves the right to reschedule services when necessary.

Floral and Memorial Items   Flowers, decorations, and memorial items may vary based on seasonal availability and supplier inventory. Comparable substitutions may be made when necessary.

Photographic Reports   When included in the purchased service package, photographs will be delivered electronically within a reasonable timeframe following service completion.

Cemetery Rules   All services are subject to cemetery regulations. Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse any request that violates cemetery policies, safety requirements, or applicable laws.

Payment Policy   Payment is due according to the terms specified at the time of booking. Services may not be scheduled or completed until payment requirements have been satisfied.

Refund Policy   Refund requests will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis. No refunds will be issued for services successfully completed as agreed. If Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC is unable to perform a prepaid service, the client may receive a refund, credit, or rescheduled service at Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC discretion.

Indemnification   The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or attorney's fees arising from the client's misuse of services, breach of these terms, or provision of inaccurate information.

By purchasing, scheduling, or receiving services from Always Remembered Gravesite Services, LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer, Waiver of Liability, and Service Policy.
